Amazing July
I just came from
here, where I read a beautiful post about what a dear friend has been up to for the past month and how the things she has done have reminded her of how good life can be.
Thinking about the past month I've had, I feel lucky to say that I have been so so blessed as well. From spending 2 weeks over East, hopping from
Sydney..
.. to the fun filled 4 days I spent with Hwee while she came to visit..
.. and the first few weeks of uni. Things have just been going so smoothly.
Ooh and I got a phone call today congratulating me on securing a place in the Deloitte Dream Team competition happening this weekend :D
I am glad that I have been kept busy in Perth - a place that I have gotten so used to and was starting to find boring and uninspiring. This semester has started off on a very different pace, I have been so occupied lately there is no time for me to even stop, sit down, relax and bum (like I always do and like all uni students do). But this is good. I am enjoying being kept busy. The pressure and constant deadlines drive me. I feel alive and determined and motivated.
I don't think I have felt this content in a while :)
